1 cup dried beans or black eye beans
Cut 1 medium tomato into pieces
1 cucumber finely-chopped
1 ripe mango
50g chopped cottage cheese
¼ cup roasted and coarsely chopped peanuts
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Juice of 1 lemon
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
¼ tsp black pepper powder
¼ tsp roasted cumin powder
¼ tsp chaat masala
1 tsp honey
Black salt as per taste
HOW TO MAKE
Soak the beans overnight or 4-6 hours. Press it with salt and cook with 2-3 ladders. Check how much water has been used, it should not be more than 1-1 / 2 cups. Take a large mixing bowl and add the drained and chilled beans after the chopped, tomatoes, cucumbers, mangoes and cottage cheese. Add all the seasonings and mix well. Sprinkle with moderately planted peanuts and fresh coriander.
